Services included:  

  • 7 nights’ luxury accommodation with exclusive use of the property and its facilities
  • Half-board: Breakfast daily and dinner on 6 nights served in the chalet by a private exclusive Michelin starred chef (ex-team of Bord’Eau of Hotel D’Europe and Restaurant 212 of Amsterdam) We pride ourselves in creating a unique and tailored dining experience for all our guests, so prior to your arrival, we will be in touch regarding any preferences and requests you may have as well as be in consultation with regards to your menu. We gladly cater for children too.
  • Full dedicated service by the experienced team of Chalet 1551 throughout your stay
  • Daily housekeeping and turn downs with daily towel change and luxury amenities.
  • Complimentary driving service within Lech with private chauffeured luxury vehicle or polaris snow mobile 

Please kindly note that the following is not included in the rental amount for your stay:

  • Flights and airport transfers
  • Any third-party bookings and payments such as ski instructors, ski rental, pre purchase of ski passes, any items you request in the chalet not included in the package. Kindly note that a 5% fee is charged on all third-party arrangements.
  • Massages and spa treatments.
  • Childcare arrangements
  • Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Local Lech tourism guest taxes
  • Any other item not specifically mentioned
Booking is confirmed upon a 50% deposit payable upon signing. Payment of the 50% deposit indicates a confirmation of this document and agreement to its conditions, inclusions, and exclusions.

Terms applicable to this booking:

The booking is confirmed upon the issuance of this confirmation letter through Chalet 1551, as well as upon the receipt of 50% deposit and the remaining 50% payable. Payment of the 50% deposit indicates a confirmation of this document and agreement to its conditions, inclusions, and exclusions.

Out-of-pocket expenses will be charged separately. An additional administration fee of 5% will be charged on all payments made through the Chalet 1551 to third parties such as transfers, booking of massage therapists, ski school and similar. To the extent not specifically set out otherwise herein, the Standard Terms for the Hotel Industry as published by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce, Section Hospitality (GTHC) shall apply, kindly refer to https://www.wko.at/branchen/tourismusfreizeitwirtschaft/hotellerie/AGBH_englisch.pdf.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation fees shall apply as follows:
  • 180 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: free cancellation
  • 90 prior to the scheduled arrival date: 50 % of the agreed rental amount
  • 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: 100 % of the agreed rental amount
