DJ Tiësto is setting the heartbeat to house rhythms in Zürs

When DJ Tiësto steps onto the stage, hands and phones rocket skyward, deafening cheers erupt, and the bass drops. No matter where he's spinning, the scenario remains the same. DJ Tiësto has reached a pinnacle that many DJs dream of. This native of the Netherlands, whose real name is Tijs Verwest, frequently plays on the world's most massive stages, entertaining thousands. This April, he's heading to the quaint town of Zürs.

"The Greatest DJ Of All Time" - that's been DJ Tiësto's title since 2011. And not only does MixMag, the world's largest DJ magazine, hold him in such high regard, but so does Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands. She honoured this music producer and DJ for his contributions to the Dutch dance scene with the prestigious Order of Orange-Nassau. It's incredible that on April 5th, 2018, he will pause his global tour to give an exclusive performance in Zürs, spinning at Edelweißplatz. "The fact that we could get superstar DJ Tiësto for an exclusive concert here in Lech Zürs is like winning the lottery," beams Fercher. "Knowing that one typically sees him in major urban areas like Las Vegas, Beijing, Vancouver, Malmö, Chicago, or Mexico City makes his visit even more special." The event, designed primarily for the town's guests, locals, and staff, promises a once-in-a-lifetime experience for 5,000 lucky electronic music enthusiasts. And the cherry on top? The event is complimentary for those staying in Lech Zürs.
